Geelong-born artist Rone has built an exceptional reputation for large-scale wall paintings and immersive installations that explore concepts of beauty and decay. Rone’s site-specific installation transformed Geelong Gallery in response to the architecture and history of the building, and the Gallery’s collection.

The exhibition additionally charted the artist’s survey of works from early stencil works and street art, to photographs documenting major installations that have transformed abandoned spaces.

Pidgeon Ward developed the identity program for the exhibition which was anchored from a bold condensed typeface which captured the scale and modern presence of Rone’s work. The exhibition was implemented across print, publication, signage, signage activation, merchandise and exhibition design.
